My company isn't a tech company. Is this for me?
Yes, that's the most common case. The assessment starts from your processes, not from the technology. I've applied the same method in healthcare, accounting, logistics and restaurants.
How long until I see results?
The assessment takes 2–3 weeks. The first automation in production usually ships within 30–60 days, depending on scope. Every phase has a measurable goal, if it can't be measured, we don't do it.
Which technology do you use?
Whichever solves your problem at the lowest cost. I work daily with Claude, agents, MCP and AWS Bedrock, but sometimes the answer is a deterministic script, and I will tell you that.
What about data security?
I work in a HIPAA environment (US healthcare data, the strictest regulation there is). Privacy law compliance, access control and audit trails are part of the design from the start.
